Technically, the Erkindik house is in the center, but it has the advantage of sleeping areas - clean air, a safe area, and the absence of high-rise residential buildings nearby does not obscure the view of the mountains and the sun peeks into almost every window.

Taking into account the climate, seismological situation and a number of other factors, our architects used the technology of a monolithic frame house. Advantages of this type of house: High strength due to the minimum number of building joints; Each owner can change the apartment to suit their taste and needs. At the same time, it is possible to easily redevelop the already prepared premises without fear of breaking the strength of the whole structure, where the role of load-bearing structures is laid on the outer walls; Durability. According to experts, monolithic houses can be operated without major repairs in a temperate zone for 100-120 years; High seismic resistance. In the Erkindik house, 65 kg of Russian armature were used for 1 square meter, which additionally provided strength and seismic resistance of 9 points.
